目的：探讨玉屏风颗粒联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法：选取126例慢性荨麻疹患者，随机分为观察组和对照组（各63例），观察组采用玉屏风颗粒联合依巴斯汀治疗，对照组口服依巴斯汀治疗，观察4周。观察比较两组患者的临床治疗疗效和不良反应。结果：观察组有效率（96.83%）高于对照组有效率（84.13%）高，两组比较差异有统计学意义；观察组未见明显不良反应。结论：玉屏风颗粒联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效确切，安全性较高，值得临床推广使用。
목적：탐토옥병풍과립연합의파사정치료만성담마진적림상료효。방법：선취126례만성담마진환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조（각63례），관찰조채용옥병풍과립연합의파사정치료，대조조구복의파사정치료，관찰4주。관찰비교량조환자적림상치료료효화불량반응。결과：관찰조유효솔（96.83%）고우대조조유효솔（84.13%）고，량조비교차이유통계학의의；관찰조미견명현불량반응。결론：옥병풍과립연합의파사정치료만성담마진림상료효학절，안전성교고，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Jade screen particles plus ebastine for chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 126 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly assigned to receive either ebastine alone(control group)or ebastine plus jade screen particles (observation group), with 63 cases each. The clinical efficacy in the two groups was evaluated at 4 weeks of treatment and the patients were followed-up at 4 weeks of drug withdrawal. Results There were statistically significant differences between the observation group and the control group in the effective rate(96.83%vs. 84.13%), and no significant adverse drug reactions were noted in the observation group. Conclusions Jade screen particles plus ebastine has remarkable clinical curative efficacy for chronic urticaria, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
