目的：探讨及研究胃蛋白酶原在体检胃病及胃癌筛查中的应用价值。方法：选取2013年1月~2014年12月的体检和住院的70例胃癌患者为A组，70例胃溃疡患者为B组，70例胃炎患者为C组，70名健康人员为D组，然后将四组人员的血清胃蛋白酶原相关指标进行检测及比较，并比较A组中不同分期患者的检测结果，同时以Logistic分析研究指标与胃癌的关系。结果：A组级C组的血清PGⅠ及PGⅠ/PGⅡ均低于D组，阳性率高于D组，B组的血清PGⅠ及PGⅡ则均高于D组，PGⅠ/PGⅡ则低于D组， A组中不同分期患者的血清PGⅠ及PGⅠ/PGⅡ也有显著性差异，且经Logistic分析显示，PGⅠ及PGⅠ/PGⅡ与胃癌有密切的关系， P均＜0.05。结论：胃蛋白酶原在体检胃病及胃癌筛查中的应用价值较高，对于胃病的诊断有一定的临床意义。

목적：탐토급연구위단백매원재체검위병급위암사사중적응용개치。방법：선취2013년1월~2014년12월적체검화주원적70례위암환자위A조，70례위궤양환자위B조，70례위염환자위C조，70명건강인원위D조，연후장사조인원적혈청위단백매원상관지표진행검측급비교，병비교A조중불동분기환자적검측결과，동시이Logistic분석연구지표여위암적관계。결과：A조급C조적혈청PGⅠ급PGⅠ/PGⅡ균저우D조，양성솔고우D조，B조적혈청PGⅠ급PGⅡ칙균고우D조，PGⅠ/PGⅡ칙저우D조， A조중불동분기환자적혈청PGⅠ급PGⅠ/PGⅡ야유현저성차이，차경Logistic분석현시，PGⅠ급PGⅠ/PGⅡ여위암유밀절적관계， P균＜0.05。결론：위단백매원재체검위병급위암사사중적응용개치교고，대우위병적진단유일정적림상의의。
Objective To investigate and study the application value of pepsinogen in the physical examination of gastrosia and gastric cancer screening.Methods 70 patients with gastric cancer in the physical examination from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected as group A,70 patients with gastric ulcer were selected as group B,70 patients with gastritis were selected as group C and 70 healthy persons were selected as group D,then the serum pepsinogen related indexes of four groups were detected and compared,and the detection results of group A with different stages were detected and compared,then the relationship between the study indexes and gastric cancer were analyzed by the Logistic analysis. Results The serum PGⅠand PGⅠ/PGⅡof group A and group C were all lower than those of group D,the positive rates were higher than those of group D,the serum PGⅠand PGⅡaof group B were all higher than those of group D,PGⅠ/PGⅡwas lower than that of group D,and the serum PGⅠand PGⅠ/PGⅡof group A with different stages had significant differences,and the PGⅠand PGⅠ/PGⅡhad close relationship to the gastric cancer,all P<0.05.Conclusion The application value of pepsinogen in the physical examination of gastrosia and gastric cancer screening are high,and it has certain clinical significance for the diagnose of stomach diseases.
