目的通过用常规生化鉴定方法和HX-21细菌鉴定药敏分析仪对葡萄球菌属细菌进行鉴定分析,评价HX-21细菌鉴定药敏分析仪对葡萄球菌属的鉴定能力。方法采用常规生化鉴定方法和HX-21细菌鉴定药敏分析仪同时鉴定临床标本中分离出的葡萄球菌属细菌。结果109株所选细菌常规生化鉴定方法和HX-21细菌鉴定药敏分析仪结果一致的96株,不一致的13株,总体符合率为88.1%。其中金黄色葡萄球菌鉴定符合率为100%,CNS的总体符合率为78.3%。结论 HX-21细菌鉴定药敏分析仪对葡萄球菌属细菌能作出较为准确、快速、高重复性的测定,特别是对金黄色葡萄球菌鉴定符合率高,鉴定CNS是有一定的局限性。其鉴定能力基本能够满足临床微生物对葡萄球菌属细菌鉴定工作的需求。

Objective By using conventional biochemical identification method and HX-21 bacteria identification of drug sensitive analyzer to staph bacteria identification analysis,evaluation HX-21 bacteria identification of drug sensitive analyzer to staph appraisal ability.Methods Using conventional biochemical identification method and HX-21 bacteria identification of drug sensitive analyzer and appraisal of clinical specimens of isolated staph bacteria.Results 109 strains of the selected bacteria conventional biochemical identification method and HX-21 bacteria identification of drug sensitive analyzer results consistent 96 plants,inconsistent 13 strains,total coincidence rate is 88.1%.The staphylococcus aureus appraisal coincidence rate is 100%,the overal CNS was 78.3%. Conclusion HX-21 bacteria identification of drug sensitive analyzer to staph bacteria can make more accurate,rapid,high repeatability of measurement,especial y for staphylococcus aureus appraisal coincidence rate is high,the appraisal CNS there are certain limitations.The appraisal ability can meet the basic clinical microbes to staph bacteria identification requirements.
