目的通过对两种不同托盘包裹的无菌包,高压蒸汽灭菌后其包内温湿度变化的比较,探讨最佳的消毒打包材料。方法用两种不同托盘打无菌包,在灭菌程序结束10min时打开柜门,柜内冷却至30min、60min时分别测试其包内温湿度,并对实验组和对照组测试结果进行统计学分析。结果实验组和对照组温湿度变化情况比较具有统计学意义(<0.01)。结论冲孔托盘包较普通托盘包温湿度下降速度快,明显低于卫生部《消毒技术规范》的标准。

Objective For the purpose of plumbing an optimal packaging material of a sterile package, the researchers made a comparison of changes in both the temperature and the humidity of sterile packages wrapping in dif erent types of trays in the very condition of high-pressure steam sterilization. Methods First, conduct the package by using the two sorts of tray. Open the door of the sterilizer 10 minutes after the end of the sterilizing process. Check the temperature and the humidity of the packages when the sterilizer cooled to 30 minutes and 60 minutes respectively. Make a statistical analysis of the test results of the experimental group and the control group. Results It is of statistical importance to compare the changes in temperature and humidity of the experimental group and the control group ( <0.01).Conclusion Compare to the ordinary tray package, the temperature and the humidity of the punching tray package decrease rapidly, which are significantly lower than the standardized figures of Technical Standard For disinfection published by the Ministry of Health.
