目的：对补中益气汤治疗中医脑病科疾病的临床效果进行观察和分析。方法选择2013年3月到2014年3月在本院中医脑病科进行治疗的部分脑病患者100例，按照临床处置用药的不同将其分为两组，其中在常规治疗的基础上联用中医综合治疗的为观察组，共50例患者，采用常规治疗方法的则为对照组，共50例患者，治疗结束后对两组患者的临床治疗效果以及住院情况进行观察和比较。结果对照组治疗总有效率为80.0%，观察组为92.0%，观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组，且观察组患者平均住院时间有了明显缩短，两组相比差异均具有显著性（均P＜0.05）。结论补中益气汤应用于中医脑病科疾病的治疗中具有良好的治疗效果，并且在患者症状和预后的改善上也具有显著优势。
목적：대보중익기탕치료중의뇌병과질병적림상효과진행관찰화분석。방법선택2013년3월도2014년3월재본원중의뇌병과진행치료적부분뇌병환자100례，안조림상처치용약적불동장기분위량조，기중재상규치료적기출상련용중의종합치료적위관찰조，공50례환자，채용상규치료방법적칙위대조조，공50례환자，치료결속후대량조환자적림상치료효과이급주원정황진행관찰화비교。결과대조조치료총유효솔위80.0%，관찰조위92.0%，관찰조적치료효과명현우우대조조，차관찰조환자평균주원시간유료명현축단，량조상비차이균구유현저성（균P＜0.05）。결론보중익기탕응용우중의뇌병과질병적치료중구유량호적치료효과，병차재환자증상화예후적개선상야구유현저우세。
Objective To observation and analysis clinical effect of Buzhongyiqi Decoction in the treatment of diseases of TCM encephalopathy. Method 100 cases of patients with brain condition in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected, according to the clinical management of the different drug divided into two groups, the observation group 50 cases of patients used combined with routine treatment of integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy,the control group 50 cases of patients used conventional treatment methods, after the end of treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and hospitalization were observed and compared. Result The control group the total effective rate was 80%, the observation group was 92%, the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group. And patients in the observation group the average hospitalization time was obviously shortened,the differences between the two groups were all significantly, (allP<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction used in the treatment of Chinese Medicine Department of encephalopathy disease has good treatment effect, and also has a significant advantage in the symptoms and prognosis improvement.
