目的探讨耳声发射延长线对新生儿听力筛查效果影响的影响，提高初筛通过率，降低复筛率。方法选我院2014年1月1日~12月31日出生的877名新生儿，其中9名转上级医院没有筛查，剩余866名分成两组，每组433例。一组使用延长线，为对照组，不使用延长线的为实验组。两组数据进行对比。结果使用延长线的未通过的34例，未通过率达0.079%而没有延长线的因受到的干扰较少，未通过的17例未通过率达0.039%。结论耳声发射延长线影响新生儿听力筛查的通过率。降低了复筛率。

Objective To investigate the ef ect of the extension line of the ear sound emission on the screening ef ect of neonatal hearing screening, and to improve the rate of primary screening, and reduce the rate of screening. Methods 877 newborns were born in our hospital from December 31, 2014 to January 1, 2014, 9 of them were transfer ed to a higher level hospital without screening, and the remaining 866 were divided into two groups, each group had 433 cases.
