为研究玻化微珠保温砂浆外墙外保温系统在夏季和冬季环境下的温度和应力,基于热分析理论并利用 ANSYS 有限元软件对保温墙体进行了模拟分析。结果表明:玻化微珠保温砂浆具有优良的保温隔热性能,无论是夏季高温还是冬季低温,均能使室内温度保持稳定,其温度浮动在2℃以内;由于冬季室内外温差大,在冬季环境温度作用下,保温系统外表面温度应力比夏季环境下增大了83%;沿墙体厚度方向的应力分布,抗裂砂浆层应力最大,保温层应力最小。
為研究玻化微珠保溫砂漿外牆外保溫繫統在夏季和鼕季環境下的溫度和應力,基于熱分析理論併利用 ANSYS 有限元軟件對保溫牆體進行瞭模擬分析。結果錶明:玻化微珠保溫砂漿具有優良的保溫隔熱性能,無論是夏季高溫還是鼕季低溫,均能使室內溫度保持穩定,其溫度浮動在2℃以內;由于鼕季室內外溫差大,在鼕季環境溫度作用下,保溫繫統外錶麵溫度應力比夏季環境下增大瞭83%;沿牆體厚度方嚮的應力分佈,抗裂砂漿層應力最大,保溫層應力最小。
위연구파화미주보온사장외장외보온계통재하계화동계배경하적온도화응력,기우열분석이론병이용 ANSYS 유한원연건대보온장체진행료모의분석。결과표명:파화미주보온사장구유우량적보온격열성능,무론시하계고온환시동계저온,균능사실내온도보지은정,기온도부동재2℃이내;유우동계실내외온차대,재동계배경온도작용하,보온계통외표면온도응력비하계배경하증대료83%;연장체후도방향적응력분포,항렬사장층응력최대,보온층응력최소。
In order to study the characteristics of the temperature and stress conditions of the exterior insulation systems with thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar in the summer and winter environment,the behavior of the thermal insulation wall was analyzed by a commercial finite element software ANSYS based on the theories of thermal analysis.The results show that the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar has excellent insulation properties,which can keep indoor temperature stability within 2 ℃.Due to the temperature between indoor and outdoor in winter,the thermal stress on the surface of insulation systems is 83% higher than that in summer.The stress in anti-crack mortar layer is biggest and insulation layer is smallest along the thickness of the wall.
