采用盆栽法,研究了在 pH 2.5,3.5,4.5和5.6模拟酸雨淋溶条件下,拉巴豆种子萌发、生长、光合特性和酶活性等生理生态特性的变化。结果表明:在模拟酸雨胁迫下,随着 pH 的下降,拉巴豆种子的发芽势、发芽率、地上部鲜重、根长、根鲜重和叶片 POD 活性均减小;株高增长率、净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间 CO2浓度和蒸腾速率均先增大后减小;叶片 SOD 和 CAT 活性均增大。在 pH≤2.5的模拟酸雨生存条件下,拉巴豆种子的萌发和生长受到显著抑制(P <0.05)。

채용분재법,연구료재 pH 2.5,3.5,4.5화5.6모의산우림용조건하,랍파두충자맹발、생장、광합특성화매활성등생리생태특성적변화。결과표명:재모의산우협박하,수착 pH 적하강,랍파두충자적발아세、발아솔、지상부선중、근장、근선중화협편 POD 활성균감소;주고증장솔、정광합속솔、기공도도、포간 CO2농도화증등속솔균선증대후감소;협편 SOD 화 CAT 활성균증대。재 pH≤2.5적모의산우생존조건하,랍파두충자적맹발화생장수도현저억제(P <0.05)。
The paper stuided the effect of simulated acid rain with pH of 2.5,3.5,4.5 and 5.6 on Dolichos lablab in pots.The seed germination,growth,photosynthetic characteristics and enzmye activity were measured under a simulated acid rain stress.The results showed that the seed germination rate,shoot fresh weight,root length,root fresh weight and leaf POD activity of Dolichos lab lab were reduced with decreasing pH value.The height growth,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate were firstly increased and then decreased;SOD activity in leaves and CAT activity were increased.Under the conditions with pH≤2.5,the seed germination and plant growth of Dolichos lablab was significantly inhibi-ted.
