目的研究阿芪补血颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法选用正交设计法,并以挥发油得率和阿魏酸含量及干膏得率为考察指标,考察蒸馏时间、加水量、以及提取时加水量对提取效果的影响。结果优选提取挥发油的工艺为提取时间1.5h,加水量为三倍量。优选中药材水煎煮工艺确定为加水煎煮3次,第一次1.5h,第二三次均为1h,每次加水量为药材的8倍量。结论优选工艺设计合理、可行。

목적연구아기보혈과립적최가제취공예。방법선용정교설계법,병이휘발유득솔화아위산함량급간고득솔위고찰지표,고찰증류시간、가수량、이급제취시가수량대제취효과적영향。결과우선제취휘발유적공예위제취시간1.5h,가수량위삼배량。우선중약재수전자공예학정위가수전자3차,제일차1.5h,제이삼차균위1h,매차가수량위약재적8배량。결론우선공예설계합리、가행。
Objective To study the water extracting technology of Aqibuxue granules.Methods With the whole solidsand the content of the ferulic acid as the index,theor thogonal test met hod was used for studying the ef ect of three factors (the amount of water,the mumber of times,extracting time)on extracting rate.Results The optimized extraction press of vilatile oil was adding 3 times the amount of water and conducting the steam distil ation for 1.5h,The optimized water decoction process was adding 8 times theamount of water,extracting time were 1.5,1,1h.Conclusion The optimized process is reasonabie in design and feasible.
