口腔癌是常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤之一，发病率及恶性程度较高，外科治疗是首选的治疗方法。本文通过查询Pubmed等数据库中近期有关口腔癌外科治疗方面的文献，对口腔癌根治性手术中原发灶、区域淋巴结及手术缺损的I期重建等方面进行综述。

Oral cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in the head and neck, and the incidence rate and the degree of malignancy are high. Surgical treatment is the first choice of treatment. This article through query the database such as PubMed recently about surgical treatment of oral cancer in terms of literature, of oral cancer radical operation for the Central Plains primary tumor, regional lymph nodes, and of the surgical defect reconstruction are reviewed in this paper.
