癫痫是一组反复发作的神经元异常放电所致的暂时性中枢神经系统功能失常的慢性疾病,是神经系统疾病中仅次于脑卒中的第二大常见疾病,严重危害人类身心健康。迄今为止,癫痫的发病机制尚不明确。近年的研究发现,BDNF及其受体TrkB在癫痫发病中具有特殊作用。本文就BDNF在癫痫发病中的作用进行综述。
癲癇是一組反複髮作的神經元異常放電所緻的暫時性中樞神經繫統功能失常的慢性疾病,是神經繫統疾病中僅次于腦卒中的第二大常見疾病,嚴重危害人類身心健康。迄今為止,癲癇的髮病機製尚不明確。近年的研究髮現,BDNF及其受體TrkB在癲癇髮病中具有特殊作用。本文就BDNF在癲癇髮病中的作用進行綜述。

Epilepsy is a group of due to recurrent abnormal discharge of neurons temporary chronic disease of the central nervous system dysfunction, is in the nervous system disease after the second most common type of stroke disease, serious harm to people's physical and mental health. So far, the pathogenesis of epilepsy is unclear. In recent years, the study found that BDNF and its receptor TrkB has a special role in epilepsy. In this paper, the role of BDNF in epilepsy were summarized.
