目的观察硝酸甘油与多巴胺联合应用治疗顽固性心力衰竭的效果。方法选择我院2004年6月~2014年6月对60例顽固性心衰患者在常规综合治疗的基础上，联合应用硝酸甘油，多巴胺静脉点滴。结果全组有效率91.6%。结论联合应用硝酸甘油、多巴胺治疗顽固性心衰疗效好，不良反应少。
目的觀察硝痠甘油與多巴胺聯閤應用治療頑固性心力衰竭的效果。方法選擇我院2004年6月~2014年6月對60例頑固性心衰患者在常規綜閤治療的基礎上，聯閤應用硝痠甘油，多巴胺靜脈點滴。結果全組有效率91.6%。結論聯閤應用硝痠甘油、多巴胺治療頑固性心衰療效好，不良反應少。
목적관찰초산감유여다파알연합응용치료완고성심력쇠갈적효과。방법선택아원2004년6월~2014년6월대60례완고성심쇠환자재상규종합치료적기출상，연합응용초산감유，다파알정맥점적。결과전조유효솔91.6%。결론연합응용초산감유、다파알치료완고성심쇠료효호，불량반응소。
Objective To observe the combined use of nitroglycerin and dopamine for treatment of intractable heart failure ef ect.Methods In our hospital in 2004 from June 2014 June on 60 cases of patients with refractory heart failure on the basis of routine treatment,combined use of nitroglycerin and dopamine by intravenous drip.Results The ef ective rate was 91.6%.Conclusion The combined application of nitroglycerin,dopamine in treatment of intractable heart failure has good curative ef ect,less adverse reaction.
