目的:建立利用原子荧光光谱法检测注射用透明质酸钠凝胶中砷和汞含量的方法。方法首先采用微波消解仪使样品完全消解,将样品消解液定容后,利用原子荧光光谱仪分析样品检验液中砷和汞的含量。通过标准曲线、检出限、精密度和加标回收率证明该方法的有效性。结果此方法中砷和汞的浓度分别在1~50 ng / mL 和0.1~10 ng / mL 范围内与荧光强度成良好的线性关系,相关系数分别是0.9999%和0.9997%。砷和汞的检出限分别是0.0105 ng / mL 和0.0032 ng / mL,精密度 RSD 均<5%,平均加标回收率分别是95.2%和100.2%。此面部注射用透明质酸钠凝胶样品中砷含量低于检出限(<0.49 ng / g),汞含量为7.22 ng / g。结论用于测定注射用透明质酸钠凝胶中砷和汞含量的微波消解-原子荧光光谱法具有良好的线性范围、高灵敏度和准确度、重复性好等优点。

Objective To establish one method of the determination of arsenic and mercury in injectable sodium hyaluronate gel by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The mercury and arsenic contents in samples were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry after microwave digestion. Results The concentrations of arsenic and mercury kept good and wide linear relationships with fluorescence intensity,and the coefficient correlations were 0. 9999% and 0. 9997%,respectively. The detection limits of arsenic and mercury in this method were 0. 0105 ng / mL and 0. 0032 ng / mL,respectively. Precisions both showed RSD <0. 5% . The average adding standard recovery rates of arsenic and mercury were 95. 2% and 100. 2%, respectively. The content of arsenic was below the detection limit( <0. 49 ng / g)while the content of mercury was 7. 22 ng / g. Conclusions This microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry applied to determine the mercury and arsenic contents in injectable sodium hyaluronate gel had the advantages of high accuracy and precision,good linear relationship and repeatability.
