目的：研究八珍丸（水蜜丸、大蜜丸）中铅、镉、铜3种重金属含量。方法采用原子吸收分光光度计，分别测定八珍丸（水蜜丸、大蜜丸）5个生产厂家共14批样品中铅、镉、铜3种重金属含量。结果八珍丸（水蜜丸、大蜜丸）中铅、镉、铜最高含量分别为1．346mg? kg－1、0．166mg? kg －1、7．508mg? kg－1。结论目前还没有标准对中药成方制剂中的重金属进行限量，本文为八珍丸（水蜜丸、大蜜丸）重金属质量标准的研究提供了科学依据。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of three heavy metals elements(Pb、Cdand Cu) in BaZhen Pills (Water-honeyed pills and Big-honeyed pills).METHODS Atomic absorption spectrophotometrywere used to determine the content of Pb、Cd and Cu in fourteen batches of BaZhen Pills (Water-honeyedpills and Big-honeyed pills) samples from five producers.RESULTS The maximum content of Pb、Cd and Cu inBaZhen Pills (Water-honeyed pills and Big-honeyed pills) were 1.346mg?kg-1 、0.166mg?kg-1 、7.508mg?kg-1 ,respectively.CONCLUSION There is no standard for the traditional Chinese medicine preparation of heavymetal in limited,this paper provides a scientific basis for the study of the quality standard of heavy metals in BaZhenPills(Water-honeyed pills and Big-honeyed pills).
