目的:研究荷莲荳多糖的提取工艺。方法用正交实验法筛选最佳提取工艺,并用苯酚-硫酸法测定荷莲荳多糖含量。结果对荷莲荳多糖含量影响因素的大小依次是浸提温度、料液比、浸提时间。荷莲荳多糖最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶25,浸提时间为5h,浸提温度90℃。结论该工艺合理、便捷,多糖提取率高。

목적:연구하련두다당적제취공예。방법용정교실험법사선최가제취공예,병용분분-류산법측정하련두다당함량。결과대하련두다당함량영향인소적대소의차시침제온도、료액비、침제시간。하련두다당최가제취공예위:료액비1∶25,침제시간위5h,침제온도90℃。결론해공예합리、편첩,다당제취솔고。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharide from Drymaria dian-dra.METHODS The optimal extraction process was selected with the orthogonal design and the content of polysac-charide was deternined by spectrophotometry.RESULTS The factor influencing crude poly saccharide yield from main to minor were extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time.The best extraction technology of crude polysaccharide from Drymaria diandra as follow s:the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶25,the extraction time was 5h and extraction temperature was 90℃.CONCLUSION The optimized extraction technology is reliable,simple and extraction efficiency of polysaccharide is higher.
