目的:用原子荧光法测定接骨七厘片中砷的含量,对测量结果进行不确定度评定。方法分析测定过程和步骤,量化具体的不确定度分量。结果砷的扩展不确定度为0.1mg? kg-1(k=2),含量结果为(1.2±0.1)mg? kg -1。结论溶液浓度分量的贡献最大。在实际工作中,按规范做好标准溶液的配制、样品溶液的制备、仪器测量等步骤,以保证测量结果准确可靠。

OBJECTIVE To assay the content of As in Jieguqili tablets by atomic fluorescence spectrometry and evaluate uncertainty.METHODS Influencing factors of uncertainty arising from the procedure of measurement were evaluated.RESULTS The extended uncertainty was 0.12μg? g -1(k=2) and the determined content was (1.2 ± 0.12)%.CONCLUSION In order to get accurate and reliable results,the procedure such as preparation of stand-ard solution,preparation of sample solution,instrument analysis should be operated according to the standard.
