目的:观察不同浓度和溶媒对胺碘酮输液中不溶性微粒的变化,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法将注射用盐酸胺碘酮分别注入5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液中配成2.4mg? mL -1和6mg? mL -1的输液,测定输液的不溶性微粒数及观察输液的外观变化。结果将胺碘酮加入5%葡萄糖注射液配成浓度为2.4mg? mL -1的输液测得不溶性微粒数较少,而加入5%葡萄糖注射液中配成浓度为6.0mg? mL -1的输液测得不溶性微粒数明显增加;加入0.9%氯化钠注射液配成浓度为2.4mg? mL -1的输液外观浑浊。结论注射用盐酸胺碘酮的5%葡萄糖输液不溶性微粒数随浓度的升高而增加,注射用盐酸胺碘酮配伍时不宜使用0.9%的氯化钠注射为溶媒。
目的:觀察不同濃度和溶媒對胺碘酮輸液中不溶性微粒的變化,為臨床閤理用藥提供參攷。方法將註射用鹽痠胺碘酮分彆註入5%葡萄糖註射液和0.9%氯化鈉註射液中配成2.4mg? mL -1和6mg? mL -1的輸液,測定輸液的不溶性微粒數及觀察輸液的外觀變化。結果將胺碘酮加入5%葡萄糖註射液配成濃度為2.4mg? mL -1的輸液測得不溶性微粒數較少,而加入5%葡萄糖註射液中配成濃度為6.0mg? mL -1的輸液測得不溶性微粒數明顯增加;加入0.9%氯化鈉註射液配成濃度為2.4mg? mL -1的輸液外觀渾濁。結論註射用鹽痠胺碘酮的5%葡萄糖輸液不溶性微粒數隨濃度的升高而增加,註射用鹽痠胺碘酮配伍時不宜使用0.9%的氯化鈉註射為溶媒。
목적:관찰불동농도화용매대알전동수액중불용성미립적변화,위림상합리용약제공삼고。방법장주사용염산알전동분별주입5%포도당주사액화0.9%록화납주사액중배성2.4mg? mL -1화6mg? mL -1적수액,측정수액적불용성미립수급관찰수액적외관변화。결과장알전동가입5%포도당주사액배성농도위2.4mg? mL -1적수액측득불용성미립수교소,이가입5%포도당주사액중배성농도위6.0mg? mL -1적수액측득불용성미립수명현증가;가입0.9%록화납주사액배성농도위2.4mg? mL -1적수액외관혼탁。결론주사용염산알전동적5%포도당수액불용성미립수수농도적승고이증가,주사용염산알전동배오시불의사용0.9%적록화납주사위용매。
OBJECTIVE To observe the changes of insoluble particles in different concentrations and solvent amiodaroneinfusion,provideareferenceforclinicalmedication.METHODS 5%glucoseinjectionor0.9%sodi-um chloride injection was used to prepare amiodarone into 2.4mg? mL-1 and 6mg? mL-1 infusion,the determination of the insoluble particles in the infusion and observation of changes in appearance of the infusion.RESULTS Injec-tion 2.4mg? mL-1 amiodarone hydrochloride infusion prepared by 5%glucose injection had smaller number of insol-uble particles.The number 6 mg? mL-1 amiodarone infasion prepared by 5% glucose injection had significant in-creased insoluble particles.Amiodarone hydrochloride injection prepared by 0.9%sodium chloride injection became turbid solution.CONCLUSION Injection of amiodarone hydrochloride in 5% glucose infusion insoluble particle number increased with increasing concentration,0.9%sodium chloride injection should not be used with amiodarone hydrochloride.
