目的：对门尼粘度在中药橡胶膏制备工艺中的应用进行研究。方法采集不同生产步骤的中药橡胶膏团的门尼粘度，作为中药橡胶膏生产工艺参数调整的依据和质量控制指标。结果采用门尼粘度进行工艺控制后所制得的产品质量均优于不采用门尼粘度的产品。结论门尼粘度可作为中药橡胶膏制备工艺中一个控制指标。
목적：대문니점도재중약상효고제비공예중적응용진행연구。방법채집불동생산보취적중약상효고단적문니점도，작위중약상효고생산공예삼수조정적의거화질량공제지표。결과채용문니점도진행공예공제후소제득적산품질량균우우불채용문니점도적산품。결론문니점도가작위중약상효고제비공예중일개공제지표。
OBJECTIVE To focus on the application of Mooney viscosity in the preparation technology of TCM adhesive plasters.METHODS To collect the Mooney viscosity of TCM adhesive plasters in different producing steps,as the suggestion of parameter adjustment and indicator of quality control in the production of TCM adhesive plasters.RESULTS After Mooney viscosity is adopted to improve the process control of product,quality is better than not using Mooney viscosity of products.CONCLUSION Mooney viscosity can be a control index in the prepa-ration technology of TCM adhesive plasters.
