结肠造口，是腹部外科常见的治疗措施之一。结肠造口是治疗低位直肠癌的必要手段，结肠造口的存在及造口手术引起的生理、病理变化导致了病人的躯体功能、生理功能、精神状态的改变，从而影响病人的生活质量。结肠造口的并发症及排便方式、身体外形的改变对患者的生理和心理有很大的影响。结结肠造口患者既要面对癌症的挑战，又要承担人工肛门带来的生理和心理上的巨大压力，由此可产生恐惧、悲观、自卑等一系列心理问题。本文就结肠造口患者常见的心理障碍问题及护理干预等进行综述，旨在提高结肠造口患者的生活质量。
