针对油菜移栽栽植孔成型机行走履带结构设计,以追求履带总长度最短为目标,建立行走履带优化数学模型,以驱动轮、张紧轮、承重轮的结构参数和安装位置为优化设计变量,运用 Matlab 优化工具箱的 fmincon 函数对构建的数学模型进行优化分析;采用优化后的参数完成样机的三维建模与虚拟装配,借助 simulation 软件进行静态分析。优化结果表明,行走履带的总长度由3904.2 mm 减小到3642.3 mm,减幅达6.7%,整机高度降低了56.9 mm,行走履带的质量减少了7.9%,有效降低了工程造价。栽植孔成型机样机的田间试验结果表明,优化后的行走履带满足栽植孔成型机的工作需求,优化方案可行。

In order to make the design of the traveling crawler in planting hole forming device of transplanting machine for rape meet its performance,and ensure that the whole structure is compact,according to the structure and design characteristics of traveling crawler,a mathematical model of optimization was established.The design variables include the structure parameters and installation positions of the driving wheel,the tension pulley and the bearing wheel,and the thickness of driving base-band and bearing plate.Taking the shortest length of the traveling crawler as the target,optimization analysis of the mathematical model with the fmincon function of Matlab was conducted.Nonlinear finite element analysis of the traveling crawler after finished the 3D modeling and virtual assembly of the track was done.Optimized parameters are as follows:the total length of traveling crawler was reduced from 3 904.2 mm to 3 642.3 mm,about 6.7% reduction;the height of machine was decreased about 56.9 mm,and the weight of traveling crawler was reduced by 7.9%,which effectively reduce the engineering cost.The results of field trial show that the optimized traveling crawler meet work demands of the planting hole forming machine,which proves that the optimization scheme is feasible.
