从胀袋的八宝粥软罐头中分离出一株致腐细菌zjs001,对其进行形态观察、革兰氏染色和API 20E生化鉴定,同时提取其基因组DNA,进行16SrDNA PCR扩增,对扩增产物进行测序,与NCBI中已知序列进行比对,以确定其种属,研究结果表明,引起八宝粥胀袋的腐败菌为阴沟肠杆菌。

A strain of pathogenic Microbal zjs001 was successfully isolated from the spoilage of one soft can of rice pudding, by morphological observation. Gram staining and biochemical characterization of 20E API were performed, and the genomic DNA was extracted, and PCR 16SrDNA was amplified and sequenced. The amplified products were sequenced and compared with the known sequences in NCBI ,identified as Enterobacter cloacae.
