文章介绍了环烷基润滑油的原料性质，分析了国内环烷基润滑油产品特性及其高压加氢生产工艺特点。结合工业生产和实验室研究结果，提出了若干原料-工艺-产品路线建议：常压馏分油采用串联式三段高压加氢工艺生产变压器油，减压馏分油采用两段式三段高压加氢或高压汽提三段高压加氢工艺生产SBS填充油，溶剂精制-高压加氢组合工艺同时生产环保轮胎油和SBS填充油，轻脱油采用异构脱蜡工艺生产150BS光亮油。

In this article, feed properties and products specifications of the domestic naphthenic lube oil are introduced, fol-lowed by discussion of process features of the high pressure hydroprocessing technologies used to produce these lube oils. In combination of commercial plant experience and laboratory test results, several processes are recommended. Three high pressure hydroprocessing processes in series can be used to produce transformer oil from atmospheric gas oils. For the pro-duction of SBS extender oil from VGO, three high pressure hydroprocessing processes in two stages or three high pressure hydroprocessing processes with high pressure stripping can be used. Combination of solvent processing and high pressure hydroprocessing processes can be used to produce both environmental-friendly tire extender oil and SBS oil. 150 BS from light deasphalt oil can produced by iso-dewaxing process.
