目的：探讨老年人血清中钙、25羟维生素D（25(OH)D）水平与骨密度的关系。方法：随机选取上海徐汇区中心医院骨科门诊就诊老年患者77例，按照受试者骨密度值划分成正常对照组、骨量减少组和骨质疏松组，并检测所有受试者血钙及25(OH) D水平。结果：组间血钙水平比较没有统计学差异（P>0.05），组间25(OH) D水平比较具有统计学差异（P<0.05），相关分析发现25(OH) D水平与骨密度变化呈显著正相关（r=0.43,P=0.01）。结论：建议将血清25(OH) D水平作为临床上早期诊断骨质疏松症的辅助参考指标，为及早预防老年人骨质疏松病情加重提供理论基础。

목적：탐토노년인혈청중개、25간유생소D（25(OH)D）수평여골밀도적관계。방법：수궤선취상해서회구중심의원골과문진취진노년환자77례，안조수시자골밀도치화분성정상대조조、골량감소조화골질소송조，병검측소유수시자혈개급25(OH) D수평。결과：조간혈개수평비교몰유통계학차이（P>0.05），조간25(OH) D수평비교구유통계학차이（P<0.05），상관분석발현25(OH) D수평여골밀도변화정현저정상관（r=0.43,P=0.01）。결론：건의장혈청25(OH) D수평작위림상상조기진단골질소송증적보조삼고지표，위급조예방노년인골질소송병정가중제공이론기출。
Objective To study the correlation between serum calcium, 25(OH)D and bone mineral density(BMD). Methods 77 elderly patients were selected in orthopedics department, All the subjects were divided into three groups according to the BMD:normal group, osteopenic group and osteoporosis group. Serum calcium, 25(OH)D and BMD were measured among the three groups. Results There is significant differences in levels of serum 25(OH)D between the three groups (P<0.05). There is no significant differences in levels of serum calcium between the three groups (P>0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that 25(OH)D is positively correlated with BMD (r=0.43, P<0.05). Conclusion The serum 25(OH)D levels can be used as the reference index for early diagnosis of osteoporosis, and it provide the theory basis for the early prevention of osteoporosis in the old people.
