Construc-tion of Party mood and clean administration in universities makes it necessary to introduce social evaluation mechanism, the primary task of which to set up and improve regulations and laws, and then independent social evaluation organizations should be set up, and finally, cooperation with civil counseling organizations should be strengthened.
