采用闪式技术提取肉苁蓉中松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷。正交试验结果显示最佳提取工艺条件为:提取溶剂为60%乙醇,闪提转速5500 r/min,提取时间90 s,料液比1∶30(g/mL),松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷的提取率分别为8.87 mg/g和6.60 mg/g。与加热回流提取和超声提取法相比,闪式提取得率明显高于超声提取,与回流提取得率相似,但其提取时间短,是提取松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷的适宜方法。

Extraction of echinacoside and verbascoside from Cistachedeserticola Y. C. Ma using homogenate extraction was studied. The experiment was optimized with the orthogonal test design. The optimum extraction conditions were 5 500 r/min of extraction rotation speed, 90 s of extraction time and 1∶30 (g/mL) solid/liquid ratio in 60%ethanol solvent. Under the optimized conditions, the yield of echinacoside and verbascoside was 8.87 mg/g and 6.60 mg/g, respectively. Compared with the heat reflux extraction and the ultrasonic-assisted extraction, homogenate extraction had higher extraction yield than ultrasonic-assisted extraction. It could be considered as an alternative extraction technique for extraction of echinacoside and verbascoside from Cistachedeserticola Y. C. Ma.
