研究自制苹果酵素对高脂饮食联合链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)建立II型糖尿病小鼠模型的降糖、降脂效果。造模成功的70只8周龄雄性昆明种小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、酵素高剂量组、酵素中剂量组、酵素低剂量组及阳性组(二甲双胍),并分别对各组每天灌胃干预治疗28 d;检测每组小鼠空腹血糖(afsting blood glucose,FBG)、血脂(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC);每周称量每组小鼠体重,动态观察小鼠体重变化及小鼠饮食水量变化。模型组血糖较正常组上升(P<0.05),且维持较好,说明造模成功;酵素高剂量组、阳性组空腹血糖及甘油三脂,总胆固醇较模型组有下降,且维持较好(P<0.05)。酵素对II型糖尿病小鼠具有良好的降血糖、降血脂作用。

연구자제평과효소대고지음식연합련뇨좌균소(Streptozotocin,STZ)건립II형당뇨병소서모형적강당、강지효과。조모성공적70지8주령웅성곤명충소서수궤분위정상조、모형조、효소고제량조、효소중제량조、효소저제량조급양성조(이갑쌍고),병분별대각조매천관위간예치료28 d;검측매조소서공복혈당(afsting blood glucose,FBG)、혈지(triglyceride,TG)、총담고순(total cholesterol,TC);매주칭량매조소서체중,동태관찰소서체중변화급소서음식수량변화。모형조혈당교정상조상승(P<0.05),차유지교호,설명조모성공;효소고제량조、양성조공복혈당급감유삼지,총담고순교모형조유하강,차유지교호(P<0.05)。효소대II형당뇨병소서구유량호적강혈당、강혈지작용。
To study on homemade apple enzyme with high fat diet and streptozotocin (Streptozotocin, STZ) to establish the mice models of type II diabetes mellitus hypoglycemic , lipid-lowering effect. The number of 70 two month's mice were randomly divided into normal group,type II diabetes mellitus model group enzyme treated group,enzyme and low dose treated group,enzyme and middle dose treated group ,enzyme and high dose treated group,enzyme and high dose in 28 d.The capability of afsting blood glucose and blood lipid .The weight of mice was monitored every week.Food and drink of the mice were also observed in the cages. The afsting blood glucose level of type II diabetes mellitus model was obviously higher than that of normal group (p<0.05)and steady.The glucose level of metformin treated group was decreased.The glucose level and blood lipid level of enzyme and high dose treated group were obvious difference.Compared with the model group,the levels of TC and TG in this group were lowered remarkably. Enzyme may be related to improving hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effect in type II diabetes mellitus mice.
