大学生是社会主义现代化建设的主力军，运用多阶段抽样的方法，对宁夏地区五所高校大学生的廉洁意识状况进行了问卷调查。结果表明：宁夏大学生的廉洁认知比较清晰，但是整体廉洁素养不高，对取得反腐败斗争胜利的信心不足。尽管大学生在社会交往中能够自觉保持廉洁公正，但是与腐败现象作斗争的态度暧昧，缺乏坚定的政治立场；大学生对廉洁文化进校园活动的作用十分肯定，但是对具体实施过程中的形式主义比较反感。要提高大学生廉洁教育的实际效果，应建立强有力的领导机制和工作机制，以高校廉政建设研究中心为依托，精心打造廉政理论教育基地，拓展教育渠道，丰富教育形式，加强普法宣传和文化活动阵地建设，积极营造廉洁校园氛围。

Employing multistage sampling method, the author conducted a survey on students’honest consciousness as well as the effect of activities of fostering a culture of clean government of five Universities in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The author found that University students who have not much acquainted with the anti-corruption policy, have a little confidence to victory to anti-corruption, although they have a clear cognition of honesty and cognitive relatively. University students can consciously keep honest in theory, but in reality, they lack firm political stance to fight against corruption affair. Generally speaking, University students have a positive attitude to campus activities of fostering a culture of clean government while hate formalism during the implementation. Therefore, it is the key issues that how to systematically carry out honest consciousness in fostering a culture of clean government in the university.
