目的探讨舒适护理在慢性贫血患者输血中的应用，能使患者舒适、安全地接受输血。方法对104例30~80岁慢性贫血患者中应用舒适护理模式，并评价其结果。结果104例患者均有生理及心理方面的改善，乐意接受输血。结论舒适护理提高了患者满意度，降低了输血反应率，值得推广应用。

목적탐토서괄호리재만성빈혈환자수혈중적응용，능사환자서괄、안전지접수수혈。방법대104례30~80세만성빈혈환자중응용서괄호리모식，병평개기결과。결과104례환자균유생리급심리방면적개선，악의접수수혈。결론서괄호리제고료환자만의도，강저료수혈반응솔，치득추엄응용。
Objective To explore the application of comfort nursing in patients with chronic anemia in blood transfusion, can make patients comfortable, safe blood transfusion. Methods 104 cases of 30 patients 80 years of chronic anemia in application of comfort care model, and evaluate the results. Results 104 patients have physiological and psychological aspects of improvement, willing to accept blood transfusion.Conclusion The comfortable nursing care can improve the satisfaction of patients, reduce the rate of transfusion reactions, it is worthy of popularization and application.
