Integrated circuits burn-in technology is an effective method to eliminate the early failure of product. By studying integrated circuits burn-in test technology, and based on the IC burn-in system of HTI 2000SN, this paper takes MAX1480 as the example, and introduces systematically the burn-in conceptual design and achievement of application-specific integrated circuits.
