目的:对糖尿病患者并发亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的临床特点进行深入的剖析。方法:择取我科2014年全年间接收过的糖尿病合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的患者,共计60例,将其作为研究组。并选取我院同期中接受过的甲状腺功能正常的糖尿病患者,共计60例,将其作为对照组。选取回顾性剖析法,对比分析两组的临床资料,主要包括:年龄、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、脂蛋白、空腹C肽、总胆固醇以及用餐2小时之后的C肽等。结果:研究组糖化血红蛋白显著低于对照组,三酰甘油著高于对照组;脂蛋白显著高于对照组;空腹C肽显著低于对照组;总胆固醇显著高于对照组;用餐2小时后的C肽显著低于对照组(。两组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症更易诱发胰岛素抵抗、微血管以及血脂异常等并发症。因此,临床治疗上,我们需加强对该类疾病的患者进行治疗的力度。

ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical features of subclinical hypothyroidism in patients with diabetes mellitus and to analyze the clinical features of subclinical hypothyroidism.Methodschooses my families throughout the year 2014 indirect received diabetes hypothyroidism in patients with subclinical thyroid function of patients, a total of 60 cases, the as the study group. The patients with normal thyroid function in the same period of our hospital were selected, and a total of 60 patients were treated as the control group. Selected retrospective analysis method, comparative analysis of the clinical data of the two groups, mainly including: age, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride glycerin, lipoprotein, fasting C peptide, total cholesterol and meal 2 hours after the C peptide. Results Glycosylated hemoglobin, three glycerol, fasting protein, total cholesterol and C peptide in 2 hours after meals were significantly better than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).ConclusionDiabetic patients with subclinical hypothyroidism can easily induce the complications of diabetes mellitus, such as large blood vessel disease, insulin resistance, microvascular and dyslipidemia. Therefore, we need to strengthen the treatment of diabetic patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.
