目的：探讨气门芯加脐带夹断脐与脐带夹断脐的应用效果。方法：将200例新生儿随机分为两组，观察组采用脐带夹断脐，对照组采用气门芯加脐带夹断脐，比较两组脐部出血、脐部感染的发生率以及脐带干燥与脱落的时间。结果：两种断脐方法脐部出血及感染的发生率无显著差异，但使用气门芯加脐带夹断脐可以明显缩短脐带干燥和脱落的时间。结论：采用气门芯加脐带夹给新生儿断脐能加快脐带干燥，特别适用于出院快的顺产新生儿。

목적：탐토기문심가제대협단제여제대협단제적응용효과。방법：장200례신생인수궤분위량조，관찰조채용제대협단제，대조조채용기문심가제대협단제，비교량조제부출혈、제부감염적발생솔이급제대간조여탈락적시간。결과：량충단제방법제부출혈급감염적발생솔무현저차이，단사용기문심가제대협단제가이명현축단제대간조화탈락적시간。결론：채용기문심가제대협급신생인단제능가쾌제대간조，특별괄용우출원쾌적순산신생인。

[conclusion] the valve core and umbilical cord clamp for newborn umbilical broken can accelerate the umbilical cord is dry, especially suitable for fast discharge natural birth baby.
