目的:分析研究团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法:我院于2011年4月开始将团队管理模式引入急诊护理管理,观察、比较、分析引入前(2011年1—3月)与引入2年之后(2013年4-6月)急诊科护理效率与质量。结果:引入团队管理模式之后,患者护理满意度、护士团队综合素质均显著优于引入之前,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论:将团队管理模式引入急诊护理管理中,能够有效提升护理效率与质量,提高护士团队的综合素质与患者护理满意度,值得临床广泛推广及应用。

목적:분석연구단대관리모식재급진호리관리중적응용효과。방법:아원우2011년4월개시장단대관리모식인입급진호리관리,관찰、비교、분석인입전(2011년1—3월)여인입2년지후(2013년4-6월)급진과호리효솔여질량。결과:인입단대관리모식지후,환자호리만의도、호사단대종합소질균현저우우인입지전,(P<0.05)차이구유통계학의의。결론:장단대관리모식인입급진호리관리중,능구유효제승호리효솔여질량,제고호사단대적종합소질여환자호리만의도,치득림상엄범추엄급응용。
Objective:to analyze the effect of team management mode in emergency nursing management. Methods:in our hospital in April 2011 began to team management mode is introduced into the management of emergency nursing care, observation, comparison, analysis prior to the introduction of (2011 1~3 months) and introduced two years later (from April to June 2013) in the emergency department of the efficiency and quality of nursing. Results:after the introduction of team management mode, the nursing satisfaction and the overall quality of the nursing team were significantly better than that of the introduction, (P<0.05) and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:the team management mode into the nursing management in emergency, and it can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of nursing, improve the team of nurses comprehensive quality and patients' satisfaction, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
