目的观察清热利湿、活血化瘀类中药治疗泌尿系结石的疗效。方法以八正散加减而成自拟排石汤(金钱草、海金砂、鸡内金、石韦、车前子、扁蓄、瞿麦、滑石、赤芍、生地黄等)治疗本病46例。结果痊愈25例，有效18例，无效)3例，总有效率93.48%。结论采用清热活血的方法，运用观察清热利湿、活血化瘀类中药，以八正散加减而成自拟排石汤治疗泌尿系结石疗效明显。

목적관찰청열리습、활혈화어류중약치료비뇨계결석적료효。방법이팔정산가감이성자의배석탕(금전초、해금사、계내금、석위、차전자、편축、구맥、활석、적작、생지황등)치료본병46례。결과전유25례，유효18례，무효)3례，총유효솔93.48%。결론채용청열활혈적방법，운용관찰청열리습、활혈화어류중약，이팔정산가감이성자의배석탕치료비뇨계결석료효명현。
Objective To investigate the heat and dampness, promoting blood circulation category of traditional Chinese medicine therapy of urinary calculi.Methods Eight are scat ered subtraction from self Paishi soup(money grass,Lygodium,Gal us gal us,Shi Wei,Plantago,flat storage,Qumai,talc,red peony root,rehmannia,etc)in the treatment of this disease 46 Cases.Results Cured 25 cases,ef ective 18 cases, inef ective) 3 cases,the total ef iciency of 93.48%.Conclusion The heat and activating blood method,using observed heat and dampness,promoting blood circulation category of traditional Chinese medicine, with eight subtraction are scat ered soup made from Paishi treatment of urinary stones obvious ef ect.Heat and activating blood method in medical research Keywords urinary calculi.
