目的观察中医治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法将96例冠心病心绞痛患者随机划分为中医治疗组与西医治疗组，对西医治疗组患者予以西医药物进行治疗，对中医治疗组患者予以中医药物进行治疗。结果中医治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为97.91%，不良反应发生率为0%，西医治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为87.5%，不良反应发生率20.83%，对比差异具有统计学意义。结论中医治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效更高，且安全性良好。

목적관찰중의치료관심병심교통적림상효과。방법장96례관심병심교통환자수궤화분위중의치료조여서의치료조，대서의치료조환자여이서의약물진행치료，대중의치료조환자여이중의약물진행치료。결과중의치료조환자적치료총유효솔위97.91%，불량반응발생솔위0%，서의치료조환자적치료총유효솔위87.5%，불량반응발생솔20.83%，대비차이구유통계학의의。결론중의치료관심병심교통료효경고，차안전성량호。
Objective To observe the clinical ef ect of TCM in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 96 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into TCM treatment group and Western medicine treatment group,on the western medicine treatment group were treated with western medicine treatment,of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group with TCM drugs for treatment.Results Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of treatment group total ef ective rate was 97.91%.Adverse reactions occur ed rate was 0%,western medicine treatment group,the total ef iciency was 87.5%,the adverse reaction occur ed rate was 20.83%,the dif erence has statistical significance.Conclusion TCM treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is higher,and the safety is good.
