通过理化检测对封头开裂进行失效分析。结果表明,封头开裂起源于气割面,气割面存在严重的氧化脱碳现象,脱碳层上存在密集的微裂纹和非金属氧化渣,表明气割产生的氧化脱碳层在内应力和外应力的作用下引起了封头的贯穿性开裂。
通過理化檢測對封頭開裂進行失效分析。結果錶明,封頭開裂起源于氣割麵,氣割麵存在嚴重的氧化脫碳現象,脫碳層上存在密集的微裂紋和非金屬氧化渣,錶明氣割產生的氧化脫碳層在內應力和外應力的作用下引起瞭封頭的貫穿性開裂。
통과이화검측대봉두개렬진행실효분석。결과표명,봉두개렬기원우기할면,기할면존재엄중적양화탈탄현상,탈탄층상존재밀집적미렬문화비금속양화사,표명기할산생적양화탈탄층재내응력화외응력적작용하인기료봉두적관천성개렬。
By adopting the physical and chemical test, the cracking failure analysis of vessel head has been per-formed.The crack originated from the gas cutting surface which appeared severe oxidation and decarbonization, and there were a lot of close packed microcracks and non-metallic oxidizing slags on the decarburized layer.All these re-sults show that subjected to the internal stress and the external stress, the oxidate and decarbonization layer caused by gas cutting gave rise to the penetrating crack on the vessel head.
