目的掌握德阳市城区蝇类种群构成、密度动态,建立德阳市本地蝇类种群标本基础资料,为病媒生物性疾病风险评估提供可靠依据,科学合理、及时有效地控制病媒生物,切断传染病传播途径,保护灾区人民健康。方法根据《四川省2014病媒生物监测实施方案》要求,采用笼诱法;结果全年共捕获蝇类698只,蝇密度为5.17只/笼,优势种群为丝光绿蝇,蝇密度在7月份达到最高,生境以绿化带蝇密度最高。结论初步了解德阳市城区的蝇类密度、种群分布、季节消长及生境分布情况,为科学合理、及时有效地控制蝇密度提供了科学依据。

Objective To grasp the structure,Deyang city flies population density dynamics,the establishment of Deyang City Local flies population samples based data,and provide a reliable basis for vector borne disease risk assessment,scientific and reasonable,timely and ef ective control of disease vectors,cut of the transmission of communicable diseasepathways,to protect people's health disaster. Methods According to the"program"requirements for the implementation of the Sichuan province 2014 vector surveil ance,by cage trap method. Results A total of 698 capture flies,flies density was 5.17 per cage,the dominant species was Lucilia sericata,fly density reached the highest in July,habitat togreen belt fly the highest density.Conclusion The preliminary understanding of the urban area of Deyang city the flies density,population distribution,seasonal dynamics and habitat distribution,scientific and reasonable,timely and ef ective control of flies densityprovides scientific basis.
