光纤接入网量大面广、复杂度高,是影响网络建设、运营成本、用户感知度的重要部分。创新的接入网建设方法能为运营商起到明显的降本增效效果。针对光纤接入网的规划设计,结合一些近年来建设热点(如FTTH、LTE)案例,提出以接入网用户的具体需求为规划依据,自下而上地规划光纤接入网的建设,进而影响网络架构的搭建,强调了光纤网络设计的重要性。所列举的方法具有灵活性、可操作性,在实践中也得到了良好的验证。

Optical access network is an important part which effects the network construction, operation cost and user perception. The innovative access network construction method can reduce the cost and increase the efficiency of the operators. Based on the planning and design of optical fiber access network, combined with some construction cases in recent years, it gives the plan-ning of optical access network based on the specific need of access network users, to further affect the building of network ar-chitecture, emphasizing the importance of optical network design. The methods above are flexible and have operability, and are verified in practice.
