针对大型工件的焊接装配,建立了焊接装配过程壳-固耦合有限元模型,考虑了材料物理性能参数与温度的关系。利用SYSWELD软件建立并校核了焊接仿真热源,在考虑焊接顺序和工艺约束的情况下进行焊接装配有限元数值模拟,分析了装配顺序对工件焊接应力应变的影响,并与实际结果进行了对比分析,吻合度较好。
針對大型工件的銲接裝配,建立瞭銲接裝配過程殼-固耦閤有限元模型,攷慮瞭材料物理性能參數與溫度的關繫。利用SYSWELD軟件建立併校覈瞭銲接倣真熱源,在攷慮銲接順序和工藝約束的情況下進行銲接裝配有限元數值模擬,分析瞭裝配順序對工件銲接應力應變的影響,併與實際結果進行瞭對比分析,吻閤度較好。

The Shell-Solid coupling finite element model during welding assembly process for heavy workpiece has been built, which considered the relationship between the physical property parameter of material and the temperature. By adopting SYSWELD software, the simulated heat source for welding has been built and checked.Under the condi-tion of the welding sequence and the process constraint, the finite element simulation for welding assembly has been carried out, and the influence of assembly sequence on the welding stress and strain of workpiece has been analyzed. Meanwhile, the comparative analysis between simulated results and actual results has been performed, and the results were consistent with each other perfectly.
