由于LTE网络为纯分组域网络,不再提供传统电路域语音业务,VoLTE是在LTE网络实现语音业务的关键技术,是未来4G网络语音业务的目标方案,然而VoLTE网络架构比较复杂,涉及核心网的电路域、分组域、IMS域、业务域等多个域,本文聚焦网络部署环节各个域的关键问题,从实际网络部署合理性、投资有效性等角度,对运营商后期商用部署VoLTE语音业务提供策略建议。

LTE network itself is no longer providing voice capabilities, and VoLTE is the target solution of LTE voice in the future. VoLTE network is complicated, and involves many core network domains, such as CS domain, PS domain, IMS domain, service do-main. In consideration of the network deployment rationality and investment effectiveness, it focuses on the key issues on net-work deployment in core network domains, provides strategic advices for subsequent commercial deployment of VoLTE ser-vice.
