目的探讨骨盆骨折合并尿道损伤患者的处理及护理措施。方法对本院2014年1月1日~12月31日收治的20例骨盆骨折合并有尿道损伤的患者,根据损伤程度和受伤部位的不同做好不同患者的护理措施。结果20例患者中,3例出现尿道狭窄,门诊行尿道扩张术,小便偶有不通畅,其余患者均痊愈出院,无1例护理并发症的发生。结论严重的骨盆骨折常引起尿道损伤等并发症,导致患者出现尿道狭窄等影响患者生活质量,及时正确的治疗和规范的护理能有效减轻患者的痛苦,降低患者并发症发生率,提高生活质量,促进患者早日康复。
목적탐토골분골절합병뇨도손상환자적처리급호리조시。방법대본원2014년1월1일~12월31일수치적20례골분골절합병유뇨도손상적환자,근거손상정도화수상부위적불동주호불동환자적호리조시。결과20례환자중,3례출현뇨도협착,문진행뇨도확장술,소편우유불통창,기여환자균전유출원,무1례호리병발증적발생。결론엄중적골분골절상인기뇨도손상등병발증,도치환자출현뇨도협착등영향환자생활질량,급시정학적치료화규범적호리능유효감경환자적통고,강저환자병발증발생솔,제고생활질량,촉진환자조일강복。
Objective To explore the procession and Nursing intervention of patients with pelvic fracture combined with injury of urethra. Methods 20 inpatients diagnosed with pelvic fracture combined with injury of urethra were taken as our study objective from January 1th 2014 to December 31th,dif erent nursing interventions were taken depended on thedegree of injury and location of injury. Results 3 of 20 patients had urethral stricture, Dilation of urethra were applied at outpatient service part,obstruction were happened sometimes when piss,and rest of the patients were discharge from hospital without any discomfort and nursing syndromal. Conclusion Severepelvic fracture combined with injury of urethra can lead to urethral stricture,which has an impact on the quality of patient's life,by diagnosed and treated timely and nursing intervention later can reduce the suf ering of patients ,low the incidence rate of complication,improve the quality of life and recover from il ness.
