目的分析探讨临床护理对妇科肿瘤术后化疗患者生存质量的干预价值，对其护理特点进行总结。方法选择我院收治的160例妇科肿瘤术后化疗患者作为研究对象，随机将其分成实验组和对照组，每组各80例，对照组患者采取常规的护理模式进行临床护理，实验组患者在常规护理的基础上进行有效的干预，对比分析两组患者的生存质量评分和护理满意度。结果实验组患者的生存质量评分高于对照组患者，护理满意度高于对照组患者(<0.05)，差异具有统计学意义。结论在常规护理的基础上对妇科肿瘤化疗患者进行有效的护理干预具有显著临床价值，能有效提高患者的护理满意度，促进患者恢复健康，提高患者的生存质量，故值得在临床实践的过程中，大力借鉴和推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing on quality of life in patients with chemotherapy value intervention after gynecologic cancer surgery,to summarize the nursing characteristics. Methods In our hospital treated 160 cases of gynecological tumor patients as the research object, randomlydivided into experimental group and control group, 80 cases in each group, the control grouppatients to take care of the conventional mode of clinical nursing, the experimental group patients were ef ective intervention on the basis of routine nursing, nursing after the end, comparative analysis quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients.Results Quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group patients,nursing satisfaction than patients in the control group ( < 0.05), with significant dif erence.Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing of gynecologic tumor chemotherapy in patients with ef ective nursing intervention has significant clinical value, can ef ectively improve the patients' satisfaction to nursing care, promote patient recovery of health, improve the life quality of patients, it is worth in clinicalpractice, to reference and promotion.
