目的：探讨老年糖尿病患者常见心理特点及相关护理措施，更好地帮助老年糖尿病患者恢复健康，提高他们的生活质量。方法：选择60岁以上糖尿病患者100例，随机分为两组，各50例。干预组采用综合治疗加心理护理，对照组只进行综合治疗。观察治疗前后患者空腹血糖、血脂、血压的变化。结果：100例老年糖尿病患者的各种心理反应直接影响糖尿病的诊治及疾病的转归。干预组总有效率96％，对照组总有效率85％。在接受针对性的心理护理之后。糖尿病患者的各项指标得到明显改善。结论：护理人员在对老年糖尿病患者进行护理时，要针对老年糖尿病患者的心理特点实施恰当的心理护理，不但能缓解或消除患者的不良心理反应，而且能使其血糖、血脂、血压长期得到控制。

AIM: To analyze the common psychological prob?lems in the elderly with diabetes and the related nursing meas?ures, which can better help the elderly to restore health, improve their quality of life. METHODS: 100 cases of diabetic patients over 60 years old were selected, which were divided into A and B, 50 case in each group. A was treated with comprehensive treat?ment combined with psychological nursing, while B was only trea?ted with combined treatment. fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure were observed before and after treatment. RE?SULTS:Psychological reaction of 100 cases directly affected the outcome of the diagnosis and treatment. The total effective rate of A was 96%, and total effective rate of B was 85%. The indicators in patients with diabetes mellitus were significantly improved after the psychological nursing. CONCLUSION: Nurses should carry out proper psychological nursing according to psychological char?acteristics of elderly patients with diabetes. It can not only allevi?ate or eliminate the adverse psychological reactions of patients, but also make the blood glucose and blood lipid, blood pressure and long?term control.
