目的观察中医护理在病毒性肝炎患者康复中的方法和作用，并观察其护理效果。方法选择2014年8月~2015年3月本院病毒性肝炎患者218例，根据护理方法分为对照组和观察组，观察组138例，对照组80例，对照组进行常规西医护理，观察组应用中医护理，护理干预1个月后，对两组患者进行治疗效果比较。结果两组患者在症状方面均得到明显改善，观察组优于对照组(<0.05)，在改善肝功能指标方面，观察组优于对照组，(<0.05)。结论中医护理可促进病毒性肝炎患者康复。

목적관찰중의호리재병독성간염환자강복중적방법화작용，병관찰기호리효과。방법선택2014년8월~2015년3월본원병독성간염환자218례，근거호리방법분위대조조화관찰조，관찰조138례，대조조80례，대조조진행상규서의호리，관찰조응용중의호리，호리간예1개월후，대량조환자진행치료효과비교。결과량조환자재증상방면균득도명현개선，관찰조우우대조조(<0.05)，재개선간공능지표방면，관찰조우우대조조，(<0.05)。결론중의호리가촉진병독성간염환자강복。
Objective To explore the method and ef ect of TCM nursing in rehabilitation of patients with virus hepatitis, and to observe the nursing ef ect. Methods 218 patients with virus hepatitis were selected from August in 2014 to March in 2015 in our hospital, According to the nursing method they were divided into the observation group and the control ed group, the observation group have 138 patients, the control ed group have 80 patients, the control ed group nursed by routine care, the observation group used TCM nursing. Nursed intervention one month later, and evaluated the treatment of patients for two groups. Results Two groups of patients were obviously improved in symptoms, the observation group was bet er than the control ed group ( <0.05). In the aspect of improving liver function index, the observation group was bet er than the control ed group ( <0.05). Conclusion TCM nursing can promote the rehabilitation of virus hepatitis patients.
