目的探讨COX-2介导川芎嗪抑制肺癌A549细胞侵袭转移的应用效果。方法对照组根据肺癌患者实际情况给予常规治疗措施；研究组在常规治疗基础上加用川芎嗪。记录两组肺癌患者治疗效果及随访1年复发转移率，将所得数据经专业分析(统计学)后获得结论。结果研究组临床总有效率(80.00%)显著高于对照组(临床总有效率55.00%)(<0.05)；研究组疾病复发转移率(10.00%)显著低于对照组(疾病复发转移率30.00%)(<0.05)。结论川芎嗪可通过抑制肺癌A549细胞中COX-2表达获得满意的肺癌治疗效果，有利于降低肺癌侵袭及转移发生率，提高肺癌患者生活质量及生命安全。
목적탐토COX-2개도천궁진억제폐암A549세포침습전이적응용효과。방법대조조근거폐암환자실제정황급여상규치료조시；연구조재상규치료기출상가용천궁진。기록량조폐암환자치료효과급수방1년복발전이솔，장소득수거경전업분석(통계학)후획득결론。결과연구조림상총유효솔(80.00%)현저고우대조조(림상총유효솔55.00%)(<0.05)；연구조질병복발전이솔(10.00%)현저저우대조조(질병복발전이솔30.00%)(<0.05)。결론천궁진가통과억제폐암A549세포중COX-2표체획득만의적폐암치료효과，유리우강저폐암침습급전이발생솔，제고폐암환자생활질량급생명안전。
Objective To explore the application ef ect of COX-2 mediated inhibition of lung cancer A549 cel s on the invasion and metastasis.Methods The control group,according to the actual situation of lung cancer patients received routine treatment;the study group on the basis of conventional therapy plus ligustrazine.Records of patients with lung cancer and the therapeutic ef ect of two groups were fol owed up for 1 year recur ence rate,the obtained data by professional analysis (Statistics)to obtain the conclusion.Results The clinical total ef ective rate in the study group (80%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(the total ef ective rate was 55%( <0.05);The research group,disease recur ence and metastasis rate (10%) was significantly lower than the control group (disease recur ence and metastasis rate was 30% ( <0.05) .Conclusion Ligustrazine can inhibit lung cancer treatment ef ect of lung cancer cel A549 and COX-2 expression in the satisfactory,to reduce the incidence of invasion and metastasis of lung cancer,improve the quality of life of patients with lung cancer and life safety.
