目的:建立测定注射用葡醛酸钠中葡醛酸钠含量的高效液相色谱方法.方法:依利特 Hypersil BDS C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:0.25%四丁基氢氧化铵溶液(用磷酸调节pH至5.0)?乙腈(95∶5);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:210 nm.结果:葡醛酸钠在0.25~2.01 g/L范围内线性关系良好, r=1.000,平均回收率为99.4%(n=9),定量限为0.80μg.结论:该方法灵敏、准确、专属性高,可用于注射用葡醛酸钠的质量控制.

AIM:To establish the high performance liquid chro?matography ( HPLC) method for quantifying the contents of sodi?um glucuronic acid for injection. METHODS: A Elite Hypersil BDS C18 column ( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm ) was used with 0.25% tetrabutyl?ammoium hydroxide solution ( pH adjusted to 5.0 with phosphoric acid)?acetonitrile (95 ∶5) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and detection wavelength was 210 nm. RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear ( r=1.000) in the range of 0.25~2.01 g/L for sodium glucuronic acid, with the average recovery rate being 99.4% (n=9). The LOD was 0.80μg. CONCLUSION: HPLC method is sensitive, reliable and specific, and can be used for the quality control of sodium glucu?ronic acid.
