目的:建立新型Perfexion型γ刀剂量学指标测试方法,评价其应用于质量控制的可行性。方法:依据国家卫生和行业标准的推荐方法,对Perfexion型γ刀的焦斑偏差、中心剂量率、照射野输出因子、射野尺寸、射野半影及剂量偏差等剂量学指标进行检测,并将检测结果与厂商工程师验收测试的结果进行比较。结果:该γ刀的焦斑偏差为0.42 mm,3种准直器的中心剂量率均>2.5 Gy/min,照射野输出因子均>0.8,射野尺寸或射野半影与厂商标称值最大偏差分别为1.3 mm和1.5 mm,实际剂量与计划剂量相对偏差为2.6%。结论:建立起的Perfexion型γ刀剂量学检测方法具有良好的适用性,为γ刀的质量控制检测奠定了基础。

Objective:To establish a new type of Perfexion gamma knife dosimetry indicators testing methods, and evaluate the feasibility of its application in quality control.Methods:According to recommendations of national health standards, including irradiation focal spot deviation, central dose rate deviation, the radiation field output factor, the field size of the beam, beam penumbra and dose deviation dosimetry indicators of same tests were implemented. The test results were compared with the results of manufacturer engineer test.Results:The focal spot deviation is 0.42mm, the center dose rate of the three kinds of collimator is>2.5Gy/min, the radiation field output factor is>0.8, the maximum deviations between beam size or beam penumbra and factory nominal value were 1.3mm and 1.5mm respectively, and the deviation between the actual dose and planning dose is 2.6%.Conclusion:The established methods were efficient applied in gamma knife tests and lay down solid foundation experiment for quality control.
