目的探讨柔性管理理念在宫颈癌围手术期患者中的应用效果。方法2013年11月~2014年4月收治的36例为对照组,2014年5月~10月收治的36例为实验组。对照组给予妇科肿瘤手术护理常规,实验组在常规护理的基础上实施柔性管理理念优化的护理措施,比较两组患者对护理工作满意度和焦虑抑郁情绪。结果干预后,实验组患者SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05),实验组对护理工作满意度达99.5%明显高于对照组90.2%,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌围术期患者实施柔性管理理念优化的护理干预措施能有效降低患者焦虑抑郁程度,促进康复,提高患者满意度。

Objective To evaluate the ef ect of psychoeducational support on the mental state and hope level of the cervical cancer patients during their peri-operation period.Methods The 36 patients admit ed from September 2012 to February 2013 were put in the control group and received routine care.On the other hand,the 35 patients admit ed from March 2013 to August 2013 were put in the test group and received personalized psychological education on top of routine care.Al the patients were investigated with SAS,SDS,HHI(Herth Hope Index)before operation and after operation.Results while the SAS and SDSs cores in the test group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( <0.05)and the HHI score in the test group was remarkably higher than that in the control group after intervention( <0.05).Conclusion Psychoeducational support can improve the mental state and hope level of the cervical cancer patients during their perioperation period and promote their rehabilitation.
