目的研究如何提高细菌性突发事件的病因诊断实效性。方法采集某次食物中毒事件中重点样品,使用聚合酶链反应(PCR)双色荧光检测试剂对样品进行检测。结果本次细菌性应急检验中16h出病因初步诊断结果,40h出阶段检验结果,48h出最终诊断结果。结论细菌性突发事件应急检验中,采用PCR方法可在较短的时间内诊断出结果,能够有效提高细菌性病因应急检验的实效性。

Objective To study how to improve the ef ectiveness of the etiological diagnosis of bacterial emergencies.Methods The samples were col ected on a food poisoning incident,the use of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR)detection of dual color fluorescence detection reagent for sample.Results The bacterial emergency inspection 16 hours out of the initial diagnosis of etiology,40 hour stage test results,48 hours out of the final diagnosis results.Conclusion The bacterial emergency inspection,using the method of PCR can be obtained in a short period of time to diagnosis,can ef ectively improve the ef ectiveness of bacterial etiology of emergency test.
