目的探讨健康教育对社区妇女乳腺癌预防保健认知的影响。方法按照自愿、匿名的原则对西安市某社区的30名社区妇女实施健康教育,对比健康教育前后乳腺癌认知得分。结果健康教育前乳腺癌预防保健认知总分为(9.829±0.532),健康教育后乳腺癌预防保健认知总分为(17.355±0.716),值为<0.05。结论健康教育能提高社区妇女乳腺癌预防保健的认知度,增强她们的预防意识和保健行为。

Objective To explore the ef ects on knowledge of breast cancer preventive care for community women. Methods According to the principle of voluntary, 30 women in a xi 'an community were carried out health education, and compared the cognitive scores of breast cancer before and after health education. Results The total score before health education was 9.829 ±0.532, after health education was 17.355 ±0.716, and < 0.05. Conclusion Health education can improve community women breast cancer prevention health care awareness, enhance their awareness of prevention and health care behavior.
