提出了一种电动汽车分群调度策略,分别以电动汽车的出行结束时刻、所需充电时长、出行起始时刻和最大充电时延为判别量对电动汽车进行分群,并对每个子群的电动汽车分别制定延时充放电策略,以平抑配电网有功功率的日内波动并吸纳正午时段富余的光伏功率。该模型可基于统计模型为实际系统中的每辆电动汽车进行合理的调度指导,并充分考虑了电动汽车用户的满意度。此外,由于配电网中含有光伏、电动汽车等不确定因素,该模型采用区间数来描述电动汽车充放电功率等不确定量,并采用区间潮流对配电网进行优化。最后,通过算例验证了所提模型的有效性和采用区间优化的必要性。

A cluster-based dispatch strategy for electric vehicles is proposed,with which electric vehicles cluster by arrival time, charging time,departure time and maximum delayed charging time.The dispatch strategy is formulated for each cluster, which is capable of reducing the intraday fluctuation of distribution network active power and absorbing superfluous photovoltaic power during noon period.With user satisfaction taken into consideration,the cluster-based dispatch model can make a rational charging and discharging strategy for each individual electric vehicle based on the statistical model.Considering the uncertain factors in the distribution network,the interval number is adopted to describe the uncertainty of the charging power of electric vehicles,while interval optimization is used for power flow calculation in the distribution network.In the end, the validity of the proposed strategy and the necessity of interval optimization are verified by examples.
